SSPAM Monthly meeting

The next meeting of the SSPAM Parish Council is on Monday 4th March 2024 at 19.00 in the Millennium room. The agenda will be distributed in advance of the meeting.

The meeting is open to all parishioners, so if you are interested, then please do come along. The first meeting this year 2024 was particularly well attended and you can read John's (chairman) remarks on a great start to the New Year below.

SSPAM January Parish Council Meeting

On Monday 15th January, we had our monthly SPAM meeting as usual in the Millenium room. As Chairman of the Parish Council I would just like to say how wonderful it was that so many people joined us who have not been to one of our meetings before. The meeting was productive as usual, decisions were made just like normal but it was nice to have input from people who had not attended before which meant we could obtain wider views and opinions. Hopefully, the more people that attend these meetings means we can create a larger team of volunteers to help Father Mark and Deacon Jim in the running of our wonderful church.

Ss. Peter and Michael is unique and it has obviously got lots of people who attend this church who are passionate and really care about our faith family. Let's hope we can push this message out to even more people in the future and please remember, at these meetings we can, and do, make a difference.
