Warrington Fairtrade

Warrington Fairtrade Borough Steering Group aims to provide schools with resources and information to help our children understand the global impacts in the way we trade. For two weeks each year, at the end of February and start of March, thousands of schools, colleges, and universities across the UK come together to learn from the people who grow our food and drinks, mine our gold and who grow the cotton in our clothes – people who are often exploited and underpaid. Please check out the document below and use the links therein to a free resource library which can be used to teach our children, and ourselves, about Fairtrade and the global issues that exist.
